Based in Waternish on the Isle of Skye, Jane Taylor is an Accredited Interpersonal Psychotherapist and Supervisor with more than 20 years' experience supporting people through some of life's most challenging periods. She specialises in depression, relationship difficulties, grief and loss, major life changes, self-esteem issues, and binge eating disorder, using evidence-based Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT) to help clients understand and overcome the patterns that may be keeping them stuck.

Jane offers a warm, collaborative and non-judgemental approach, providing therapy tailored to each individual's circumstances. Sessions are available face-to-face on Skye, online via video call, or by telephone, making support accessible whether you are a local resident or visiting the island. She also provides professional supervision for trainee and qualified Interpersonal Psychotherapists.
